Per the Maplewood Cannabis Ordinance, interested parties may apply for a cannabis business license using the Maplewood Cannabis License Application.

Applications will be received by the Township of Maplewood on a rolling basis.

If seeking to renew, please use this link to renew your Maplewood Cannabis License. Note, licenses are only approved during Township Committee meetings after departmental review, such as confirming the local cannabis transfer tax has been paid.
