October 17, 2025 — New Jersey Dept of Health: Clinical Considerations for COVID-19 Vaccines
Current COVID-19 Isolation Guidelines (Per the CDC):
You can go back to your normal activities when, for at least 24 hours, both are true:
- Your symptoms are getting better overall
- AND you have not had a fever (and are not using fever-reducing medication)
CDC’s Vaccines for Children Program offers COVID-19 vaccines at no cost for adults 18 years and older without health insurance and adults whose health insurance does not provide zero-cost coverage for COVID-19 vaccines. You can find participating pharmacies on vaccines.gov.

CVS Minute Clinic offers the COVID-19 vaccine for patients as young as 18 months old. Schedule an appointment here.
If your child is 17 months or younger, please contact your pediatrician to find another provider.
